Nuts While all nuts offer health benefits, walnuts stand out when it comes to disease prevention and healthy aging. Eating walnuts has been linked to better heart health, a lower risk of cancer, reduced inflammation, better blood sugar control in diabetics and better brain health. A study published in Current Developments in Nutrition also suggested that regular walnut consumption could help you live longer. Researchers analyzed 18 years of data from the Nurses’ Health Study and the Health Professionals Follow-Up study and found that men and women who ate at least five servings of walnuts per week lived 1.94 years and 1.78 years longer, respectively. Experts believe these benefits are thanks to the combination of the omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), monounsaturated fats and certain polyphenols in walnuts. Polyunsaturated fats like omega-3s have also been found to help reduce joint pain, which may improve quality of life among the elderly. A study published in the ?Journal of the American College of Cardiology? reported that people who included more than half a tablespoon of olive oil in their daily diets had an 18 percent reduced risk of coronary heart disease. Research has also found that regular olive oil consumption may slow the shortening of telomeres, an event that naturally occurs with aging. A study involving people over the age of 50 found that olive oil consumption can improve a person’s “successful aging index,” which measures a variety of physical health outcomes such as cardiovascular disease risk factors and social and mental health outcomes commonly associated with aging. Fatty fish Older adults who regularly eat fish that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids – primarily oily varieties, like albacore tuna, mackerel, salmon and trout – tend to live longer than adults who don’t, according to a new study from Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and the University of Washington. Things are moving right along for the global takedown of the United States dollar and associated central banking system as Russian President Vladimir Putin has assured the world that de-dollarization is both inevitable and “irreversible.” Speaking via livestream at the BRICS Summit, Putin, who was unable to show up in person because of an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant and Rome Statute requiring the South African government to detain him, emphasized that the de-dollarization movement is “gaining momentum.” The U.S. dollar is becoming increasingly less powerful, Putin explained, noting that its ongoing decline as the respected global reserve currency is an “objective and irreversible” process that no amount of Western pearl-clutching and warmongering can change.” Putin revealed that he is optimistic about the future of BRICS – and so is Chinese President Xi Jinping, who is urging BRICS to become a geopolitical rival to the Western-led G7. According to Putin, the BRICS member nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) hold a cumulative 26 percent of global gross domestic product (GDP), which is certainly nothing to scoff at. When measuring their collective share based on purchasing power parity, BRICS has already surpassed the Group of Seven who are leading industrialized nations – BRICS currently accounts for 31 percent of the global economy, Putin said, while the G7 only accounts for 30 percent. Over the past decade, mutual investment between the BRICS member states has increased sixfold while their total investments in the world economy have doubled. Meanwhile, cumulate exports from BRICS nations now account for 20 percent of the global total. Xi, meanwhile, did not even show up to the BRICS meeting, and no explanation was given as to why he was absent. “I believe that this summit of the leaders of the member countries of the association will be an important milestone in the history of the development of the BRICS mechanism, that it will strengthen cohesion and cooperation among developing countries to an even higher level,” read the website of the Chinese Foreign Ministry ahead of the summit’s first day. Russian officials claimed that private military company Wagner Group founder and chief Yevgeny Prigozhin is dead as he was one of 10 passengers aboard a plane that crashed in a field around 200 miles north of Moscow. Russia’s civil aviation agency, the Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia), published a list of the 10 people on board a plane flying from Moscow to Saint Petersburg on Aug. 23. This plane, described as a private business jet, crashed near the village of Kuzhenkino in the Tver Oblast, around the halfway point between Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Video footage spreading on Russian news outlets and social media confirms that an aircraft was seen plummeting to the ground in Tver Oblast. The Rosaviatsia’s list includes three crew members onboard the plane. Other Russian authorities claim that eight bodies have already been recovered from the wreckage. Other reported passengers on the plane are Dmitry Utkin, the head of Wagner’s military operations, and Valery Chekalov, the head of Wagner’s security services. Two Wagner veteran officers and two of Prigozhin’s bodyguards were also among the listed passengers. The plane’s pilot, co-pilot and flight attendant also died in the crash. While Prigozhin’s death is still unconfirmed, both Russian state media as well as Telegram channels affiliated with Wagner have reported his death. Russian federal authorities have announced an investigation into the plane crash and have suggested that the plane carrying Prigozhin may have violated air safety rules. Wagner claims jet carrying Prigozhin was shot down by Russia The plane crash has immediately fueled suspicions regarding possible Kremlin involvement in the crash since the long-term fate of the Wagner founder has been the subject of intense speculation since his short-lived mutiny. In fact, pro-Wagner sources are already claiming that the plane was shot down by Russian air defenses. Videos shared on pro-Wagner Telegram channels claim to prove that the plane carrying Prigozhin was shot down because the plane immediately dropped from a large cloud of smoke – a kind of freefall that can occur when an aircraft sustains severe damage. Frame-by-frame analysis by the Associated Press supports the theory that the plane suffered some kind of explosion mid-flight. Other sources claim to have footage showing a Russian missile striking the aircraft carrying Prigozhin, with one supposed insider source claiming that Russian air defenses shot two S-300 missiles at the aircraft. Furthermore, Russian sources claim that a second Wagner Group-owned private business jet departed Moscow at around the same time the plane that crashed took off but then turned around and landed back in Moscow around the time of the incident. The existence of this second jet has fueled speculation that Prigozhin may still be alive and that the plane crash was a ruse for him to escape into exile. “The Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) and the Kremlin have been destroying the Wagner private military company and weakening Prigozhin’s authority since the rebellion,” noted the military-focused think tank the Institute for the Study of War in one of its latest assessments of the ongoing conflicts in Russia and Ukraine. “Prigozhin was likely attempting to counter the Russian MoD’s and the Kremlin’s destruction of Wagner,” the think tank continued. “The assassination of Wagner’s top leadership was likely the final step to eliminate Wagner as an independent organization… Wagner PMC’s future without a leader remains uncertain.” “No matter what caused the plane crash, everyone will see it as an act of vengeance and retribution [by the Kremlin, and] the Kremlin wouldn’t really stand in the way of that [view],” noted political analyst Tatiana Stanovaya, a senior fellow for the think tank the Carnegie Russia Eurasia Center. “From Putin’s point of view, as well as the security forces and the military – Prigozhin’s death must be a lesson to any potential followers,” she continued. Most voters see President Joe Biden as a poor leader and an untrustworthy chief executive, according to the results of a new survey. The poll, conducted by Center Square and Noble Predictive Insights (NPI) from July 31 to Aug. 3, sampled 2,500 respondents. Unlike traditional national polls that had a cap of about 1,000 participants, the survey had a larger comprehensive respondent size. Registered voters who leaned Republican, Democratic and Independent were surveyed. According to the poll, 49 percent of voters say Biden is not a strong leader compared to the 36 percent who believe otherwise. Forty-nine percent also say Biden does not have the judgment to serve effectively, compared to the 40 percent who believe he does. Moreover, 47 percent say the incumbent president isn’t trustworthy while 40 percent believe he can be trusted. The survey also found that 66 percent of respondents – a solid majority – say the country is headed in the wrong direction under Biden’s leadership. NPI CEO Mike Noble noted how Biden’s rating is “underwater” with both older and younger voters. He also pointed out that four in 10 Democratic-leaning voters think the country is going in the wrong direction. Seven in 10 independent-leaning voters share the same sentiment, Noble added. According to the NPI founder, two events have played a big part in Biden’s tanking approval. The rapid rise in inflation – dubbed “Bidenflation” – during his presidency coupled with the chaotic withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan after more than two decades changed people’s view of the chief executive for the worse. “It’s crazy; when you look at the numbers for Biden, first six or seven months, he was fantastic,” Noble said. “And right when the Afghanistan withdrawal happened, he dropped like a rock and he never recovered.” Noble: Biden has “perception issue” based on survey results The NPI founder and CEO observed that Biden’s trustworthiness as reflected in the poll’s results was rather surprising. “Historically, I think Joe would have scored really high on that question. But I think due to the Hunter Biden issue, he is viewed more untrustworthy than trustworthy among the overall electorate – which I think is a bit of an issue for him,” Noble said. The Biden crime family has been the subject of intense scrutiny over allegations that it benefited from overseas business dealings from the incumbent president’s time as vice president under former President Barack Obama. Under the leadership of its chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY), the House Oversight Committee (HOC) has released witness testimonies, documents from Federal Bureau of Investigation informants and bank records that support these allegations. The HOC argues that the Biden crime family and its associates received about $20 million from entities in China, Ukraine, Romania, Russia and Kazakhstan. The money was coursed to about 20 shell companies before being transferred to the bank accounts of individual family members – including Joe, who was dubbed the “big guy” in electronic correspondences. At the same time, whistleblowers from the Internal Revenue Service testified that the Department of Justice meddled with the investigation into Hunter, Joe’s second-eldest child. The presidential son, who allegedly spearheaded the overseas deals, is now facing tax and gun-related charges. These allegations, Noble said, have eroded Americans’ trust in the incumbent president. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has vowed to kick-start a probe into President Joe Biden’s response to the wildfires that ravaged the town of Lahaina, located in the western portion of Hawaii’s Maui island. His promise to investigate the chief executive’s response followed the disaster that has killed more than 110, with more than 1,000 individuals missing. The house speaker said during an Aug. 23 appearance in New York that he is very concerned about the response. “We still have hundreds of individuals that are missing. I think there’s [going to] have to be a congressional investigation in response [to] what happened. How could we lose that many Americans in today’s age? And the federal response seems very delayed.” McCarthy also rebuked Biden for his initial refusal to comment on the disaster, alongside his delay in visiting the ground zero of the devastation. The president, while on vacation in his home state of Delaware, remarked “no comment” when a reporter asked him about the Lahaina wildfires. “The president’s response – to have no comment? That’s unacceptable,” the speaker remarked. “So I’m going to work with committees too to look at investigating what went on so that never happens again as well.” Meanwhile, the first couple visited Maui on Aug. 21 amid growing criticism over Washington’s perceived lack of support. The Society of Actuaries Research Institute published a report in May warning about a “stunning” 34 percent increase in young people dying (ages 35-44). The report concluded that “COVID-19 claims do not fully explain the increase” and that something much more catastrophic is destroying people’s lives. This trend of excess mortality began in the third quarter of 2021 and has continued ever since. The mainstream media, funded heavily by the pharmaceutical industry, used a running tally of COVID-19 victims in 2020 to promote lockdowns, mandates and various measures of medical tyranny and psychological abuse. Trying to appear compassionate and full of virtue, the mainstream media pushed “safety” measures that only caused more pain and suffering in the end. Today, the mainstream media is silent on the issue of excess mortality. More people are dying in 2022 and 2023 across all age groups. The mainstream media is not pushing emergency declarations or keeping a tally of these deaths to push for any government intervention, investigation, or societal action. Excess mortality is occurring across all age groups, especially in the young and previously healthy population, and the talking heads in the mainstream media won’t even ask why. The elephant in the room is stomping and roaring, but remains ignored In an important op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, Dr. Pierre Kory of the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) says, “No one knows precisely what is driving the phenomenon, but there is an inexplicable lack of urgency to find out. A concerted investigation is in order.” The excess mortality represents a public health emergency that far exceeds the death and devastation during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. However, after pushing unlawful and unethical COVID-19 vaccine mandates, the mainstream media is hush-hush about any of the real-world results that have taken place after multiple rounds of vaccination have been pushed into the population. If the vaccine program was such a success, then COVID-19 would have been stopped in its tracks in 2021 and there would be fewer deaths throughout 2022 and 2023. The vaccine was not the savior that the mainstream media made it out to be. By remaining silent about the real-world consequences post vaccine, the mainstream media becomes a co-conspirator in the crimes against humanity that have taken place during this global scandal of medical tyranny and experimentation. “When you see what happened in the youngest age groups, it’s absolutely terrifying.” Kory told the Defender. “In general, a stable society has a certain percentage of people dying every month, every year, every day. Those rates are stable over time,” he explained. “When you see more people dying than the baseline, it’s considered excess mortality. It’s an increase in the amount of people dying within a population.” Kory said that he and co-author Mary Beth Pfeiffer did not mention the COVID-19 vaccines in the op-ed because if they did, their concerns on excess mortality would never have been published. This goes to show that mainstream media is covering up for the vaccine industry and not allowing for debate or investigation that is crucial for the future of medical ethics and the integrity of the scientific method, not to mention, the lives and livelihoods of populations around the globe. Kory questions why there is not outrage on this issue. “The massive number of post-pandemic deaths has managed to interest only a cadre of data specialists, scientists, physicians and journalists who believe mistakes were made in pandemic management,” Kory wrote. “But why, we ask, has this issue engendered a deafening silence rather than urgently needed, high-level investigation.” Getting to the heart of the issue in his personal Substack, Kory writes that “the sudden, unprecedented rise in life insurance claims in the 3rd quarter of 2021 among the healthiest sector of society — working age, white-collar Americans with group life insurance policies” has one plausible cause: COVID-19 vaccine mandates. “What happened in the white-collar workplace at that time?” Kory wrote. “I will give you the only possibilities that could explain such a sudden rise: a series of terrorist attacks, wartime mobilization, or the proliferation of corporate vaccine mandates. The final foundation of all restriction, control of financial and monetary transactions, and control of movement, will hinge on the farcical fraud called manmade ‘climate change.’ No worries however, because many other excuses, and aspects of control and manipulation will be used as well, but at this point, the ‘climate change’ hoax is the lynchpin of the future takeover plot. As mentioned earlier, the main focus of this increased intimidation is based on the fake ‘climate change’ model. One obvious example of this fear campaign, is the purposely heightened threat of so-called weather anomalies, especially what are conspicuous (intentionally set) fires burning at ridiculously high temperatures, destroying particular properties, towns, cities, and valuable mineral-laden land holdings. These unnatural fire outbreaks began in earnest in early spring, and have continued incessantly since that time. What began in Canada, has now overtaken the Hawaiian island of Maui, among many other areas around the world, and the devastation is incredible. Only psychopaths could perpetrate such evil as this, but the coverup and blame on bogus ‘climate change,’ has been accepted by most of course, and promulgated by the ruling class, and every State-owned or controlled mainstream media outlet. The attack on all truthtellers claiming these horrendous fires to be intentionally set, was instant, without any legitimate evidence to the contrary to back their plotted refutations, and in fact, this universal response was certainly coordinated. Now there is a fight to see who will take this land in Maui, and by take, I mean exactly that. It has been exposed that many are attempting to buy and gain contracts to build a new ‘smart city’ on this hallowed ground, and many big players are involved, including Blackrock.. Those claiming to help, people like Jeff Bezos and Oprah Winfrey, are already heavily involved, and the governor of Hawaii, Josh Green, has taken control of this, and not to the benefit of those residents and business owners who lost everything. (As an aside, the houses and property of Bezos and Winfrey magically escaped the fire?) This evil governor, a true controlling politician, said, and before all bodies have been recovered, or any funerals for the dead have taken place, “I’m already thinking of ways for the state to acquire that land so that we can put it into workforce housing, to put it back into families, or make it open spaces in perpetuity as a memorial to the people who were lost,” Democrat Gov. Josh Green said. What about all those who own that land the ‘State’ is going to force buy? (Steal) But let us not stop here, as during this same year, there were unbelievable train derailments. most all of which involved very poisonous, and toxic materials, the most noted of course, being the purposely released (due to deliberate fire-setting) noxious chemicals in East Palestine, Ohio, that poisoned much of the northeast U.S. There were many more incidents of this nature as well. As to extreme fear-mongering, weather ‘services’ nationwide, have intentionally changed all reporting in order to strike extreme fear in the collective herd called the ‘citizenry.’ Fantastic claims of record heat, which are bogus in most every case, are rampant. Instead of greens and darker muted colors to show heat, dark reds and purples just so happen to be the new norm across the entire country, and simultaneously; a coincidence certainly? In addition, the heat is not just hot, it is now “boiling” according to these weather idiots. These descriptions, while ludicrous and plotted, are purposely meant to cause undue alarm in an uninformed ‘public’ with little or no desire or effort to understand any truth. All of these things, and an endless supply of other threats, including the threat of nuclear war, of financial collapse, of food shortages, of extreme inflation leading to extreme prices, to new ‘pandemic’ emergencies, to travel restrictions, lockdowns, monitoring of all transactions, and of total digitization of the economy in order to control all, are now constant. The end of cash is being pursued aggressively, and the replacement by central bank digital currency (CBDC) is looming in the near future. This agenda too, has recently accelerated greatly, indicating that the ruling element of society is attempting to expand its control mechanisms more quickly so as to avoid any pushback. Given what is happening in open view, the great increase of intentionally-structured disastrous events, the massive transfer of wealth and property, the government’s aggressive stance immediately following every manufactured ‘weather event’ or so-called ‘natural’ emergency, and the total disregard for life and personal property, how long will it be until this takeover plot becomes fully entrenched in reality? All of these events are meant to make the average ‘citizen’ dependent on the State. The more dependency, the easier to control. When the bulk of society cannot or will not take care of themselves, will not be responsible for their own lives and freedom, will not fight back in their own defense, and voluntarily choose to acquiesce to authority and State relief instead of taking any personal responsibility, what will become of this country? It will be very telling to watch this State terrorism that has been released on Maui, and how the people respond. Will they give up their homes and land that was destroyed by and due to evil forces, or will they demand to keep and hold their property? Will they disallow this totalitarian scum called a governor from his nefarious U.N. plans, and keep what is theirs? Or will they simply allow the State’s political class to do as they please with everything they have deliberately destroyed, and become wards (slaves) of the State? Once mass dependence is in place, there will no longer be any chance of a free society. The State seeks to control all, and the way to accomplish that heinous mission, is to make the populace at large completely impotent, so that they have not the ability or drive to fight back. Total dependency is key to any takeover conspiracy by the ruling class and its State thugs, and many feigned threats and so-called emergencies will erupt on a regular basis going forward.
