In addition, there are certain foods that can help you live longer and healthier. Beans and legumes These little nutrient powerhouses offer an incredible amount of plant-based protein as well as essential vitamins and minerals . A meta-analysis published in the JRSM Cardiovascular Disease looked at 13 studies and found that regular leafy green consumption is associated with a 15.8 percent lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease. An observational study published in Neurology also found that eating one serving per day of green leafy vegetables and foods rich in alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), folate, kaempferol, lutein, nitrate, phylloquinone (vitamin K1) and zeaxanthin may help slow age-related cognitive decline, improve mental sharpness and reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Nuts While all nuts offer health benefits, walnuts stand out when it comes to disease prevention and healthy aging. Eating walnuts has been linked to better heart health, a lower risk of cancer, reduced inflammation, better blood sugar control in diabetics and better brain health. A study published in Current Developments in Nutrition also suggested that regular walnut consumption could help you live longer. Researchers analyzed 18 years of data from the Nurses’ Health Study and the Health Professionals Follow-Up study and found that men and women who ate at least five servings of walnuts per week lived 1.94 years and 1.78 years longer, respectively. Experts believe these benefits are thanks to the combination of the omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), monounsaturated fats and certain polyphenols in walnuts. Polyunsaturated fats like omega-3s have also been found to help reduce joint pain, which may improve quality of life among the elderly. Two other nuts that stand out are: Almonds, which contain the highest amount of vitamin E and riboflavin — nutrients that are essential for healthy skin, vision and cell function. Almonds are also rich in magnesium and manganese. Pistachios, which are a good source of manganese, phosphorus and potassium. Olive oil In addition to monounsaturated fats, olive oil contains polyphenols that function as antioxidants. These antioxidants protect against cell damage and inflammation. A study published in the ?Journal of the American College of Cardiology? reported that people who included more than half a tablespoon of olive oil in their daily diets had an 18 percent reduced risk of coronary heart disease. Research has also found that regular olive oil consumption may slow the shortening of telomeres, an event that naturally occurs with aging. A study involving people over the age of 50 found that olive oil consumption can improve a person’s “successful aging index,” which measures a variety of physical health outcomes such as cardiovascular disease risk factors and social and mental health outcomes commonly associated with aging. Fatty fish Older adults who regularly eat fish that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids – primarily oily varieties, like albacore tuna, mackerel, salmon and trout – tend to live longer than adults who don’t, according to a new study from Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and the University of Washington. Fatty-fish eaters also have a lower risk of dying from heart disease. The researchers noted that the benefits of maintaining healthy blood omega-3 levels could actually add years to your life. Whole grains Research supports the benefits of consuming whole grains for health and longevity. A review published in Advances in Nutrition found that people who consumed three servings of whole grains per day had a 25 percent lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease compared to those who ate fewer servings. Whole grains in their original form, such as farro, wheat berries, quinoa and oats, offer the most health benefits, but choosing whole-grain bread and pasta when possible is also recommended. In a failed attempt to empathize with the victims of the recent wildfires in Hawaii’s Maui island, President Joe Biden claimed he understood the victims by comparing the wildfires to almost losing his car and his cat in a kitchen fire. The wildfires that swept through Maui, centered mostly in the town of Lahaina, had already killed at least 115 people and left another 850 missing. He responded by giving a speech to a crowd in Lahaina where he claimed he knew how it felt to lose a home. He told the crowd: “I don’t want to compare difficulties, but we have a little sense – Jill and I – of what it’s like to lose a home. “Years ago now – 15 years ago – I was in Washington … [when] lightning struck at home, on a little lake that’s outside of our home – not a lake, a big pond – and hit a wire that came up underneath our home into the heating ducts and air conditioning ducts. To make a long story short, I almost lost my wife, my ’67 Corvette and my cat. “I watched the firefighters, the way they responded … You’re all crazy, thank God. People who run into flames to save other people – and they ran into flames to save my wife, to save my family – not a joke. “We were insured, we did not have any problem. But being out of our home for the better part of a year was difficult. I can only imagine what it’s like to lose your home.” Biden’s false story about possibly losing a car and a cat was not received well. “Joe Biden is a piece of garbage, in my opinion,” said Attorney Thomas Renz on the Aug. 22 episode of his Brighteon.TV program “Lawfare with Tom Renz.” “Biden – who just went over to Hawaii and told everybody about his cat catching fire – told residents whose children died in fires, … who’d lost everything, he told them about almost losing a cat.” “Joe Biden feels the pain of Lahaina [by] talking about his kitchen fire,” said “Fox & Friends Weekend” co-host Will Cain. One restaurant owner in the nearby town of Kihei said in an interview that Biden’s comment was “the most despicable thing this president has ever said.” Biden’s aid to Hawaii wildfire victims? Just $700 Biden’s story about possibly losing his car and his cat as one part of his insured home caught fire comes as his administration offered the victims of the wildfires a mere $700 per household. This one-time check is meant to address “immediate needs” like water, food and clothing. Maui residents and victims of the wildfires even pointed out the disparity between the aid provided to American citizens and the aid sent to other countries, particularly Ukraine. During Biden’s visit, many protesters held up signs comparing the assistance already available for the people of Hawaii. To date, the Biden administration has only approved around $8.2 million in assistance to 2,700 households in Maui. There are nearly 54,000 households on the island. Meanwhile, the Biden administration announced a further $200 million in security assistance heading straight for Kyiv as the wildfires were engulfing hundreds of homes. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) claimed in its official data that it has already given around $2.3 million to just half of the 2,700 households eligible to receive the $700 checks. On its website, FEMA claims to have approved $3.17 million in aid, of which $1.42 million is for “individual and households program” assistance and $1.75 million is for “other needs assistance.” None of the figures coming out from the government paint Biden’s administration in a positive light. Things are moving right along for the global takedown of the United States dollar and associated central banking system as Russian President Vladimir Putin has assured the world that de-dollarization is both inevitable and “irreversible.” Speaking via livestream at the BRICS Summit, Putin, who was unable to show up in person because of an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant and Rome Statute requiring the South African government to detain him, emphasized that the de-dollarization movement is “gaining momentum.” The U.S. dollar is becoming increasingly less powerful, Putin explained, noting that its ongoing decline as the respected global reserve currency is an “objective and irreversible” process that no amount of Western pearl-clutching and warmongering can change.” Putin revealed that he is optimistic about the future of BRICS – and so is Chinese President Xi Jinping, who is urging BRICS to become a geopolitical rival to the Western-led G7. According to Putin, the BRICS member nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) hold a cumulative 26 percent of global gross domestic product (GDP), which is certainly nothing to scoff at. When measuring their collective share based on purchasing power parity, BRICS has already surpassed the Group of Seven who are leading industrialized nations – BRICS currently accounts for 31 percent of the global economy, Putin said, while the G7 only accounts for 30 percent. Over the past decade, mutual investment between the BRICS member states has increased sixfold while their total investments in the world economy have doubled. Meanwhile, cumulate exports from BRICS nations now account for 20 percent of the global total. We know the invasion centers around Putin’s efforts to rid Ukraine of U.S.-run biological weapons laboratories and other facilities manufacturing weapons of mass destructions (WMDs), though the West says Putin is trying to steal sovereign land from Ukrainians. These illegitimate sanctions, Putin added, “seriously weigh on the international economic situation,” as does the “unlawful freezing of sovereign states’ assets.” “We are consistently increasing fuel, food and fertilizer supplies to the states of the Global South,” Putin further stated, adding that the ongoing scourge of international food shortages is the direct fault of the West’s “unlawful” sanctions. Xi, meanwhile, did not even show up to the BRICS meeting, and no explanation was given as to why he was absent. “I believe that this summit of the leaders of the member countries of the association will be an important milestone in the history of the development of the BRICS mechanism, that it will strengthen cohesion and cooperation among developing countries to an even higher level,” read the website of the Chinese Foreign Ministry ahead of the summit’s first day. It is China, just to emphasize once again, that remains the driving force, along with Russia, to make the BRICS block of emerging markets a full-scale rival to the G7. Getting out of Lahaina in time to beat the Maui Fire disaster turned out to be a major challenge as government officials blockaded all exit routes, we are told, which forced people to either defy the rules and sneak out anyway or die in the fiery inferno. Residents who tried to escape that fateful day encountered numerous Hawaiian Electric work trucks that were in the process of replacing telephone poles along the road to Highway 30. The electricians manning the vehicles and overseeing the work told residents to turn around and go back to Lahaina per the government’s orders. Some residents obeyed and were later found dead inside their cars, while others swerved around the barricade or used nearby dirt roads to get out of dodge before the event occurred. “It made no sense what they were doing,” said local resident Cole Millington. “They could see the sky was black. They could see the city was on fire. They could see the wind was still whipping everything around. The government must be held accountable for MURDERING Lahaina residents and visitors Some residents who failed to escape Lahaina due to the government barricades ultimately ended up jumping from their cars into the Pacific Ocean. Some of their bodies later washed up in Lana’i, an island across the Auau Channel from Lahaina. “The gridlock would have left us there when the firestorm came,” said Kim Cuevas-Reyes, another local resident who ended up having to drive on the wrong side of the road in order to escape. “I would have had to tell my children to jump into the ocean as well and be boiled alive by the flames or we would have just died from smoke inhalation and roasted in the car.” Approximately 2,170 acres in Lahaina ended up getting scorched in what many now believe was a directed energy weapons (DEW) event designed to clear out Lahaina and make way for the rich and powerful to assume ownership and control over it. “It turns out that ignoring the government is a good idea,” one commenter wrote about how the only people who survived the Lahaina fire were those who just said no to the government’s orders. “It probably cost the taxpayers a couple of million to have the Marble Mouth come over to Lahaina yesterday,” wrote another, referring, of course, to fake president Joe Biden. “That money could have bought a lot of groceries and temporary hotel rooms for displaced families. But they should feel better knowing that Joe’s FEMA people are staying at the Fairmont and Four Seasons enjoying $2k a night five-star rooms and prepared five-star food, while the families have no money, no homes, no cars, and missing friends and kids.” Others noted that this is exactly what the government is training people to do: obey their every order, even to their own demise. “They dream of a society where every edict they issue is blindly followed, regardless of the circumstances,” one wrote. “And people are following along. Two distinguished climate scientists have filed with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) a 45-page comment on the proposed regulation the EPA announced on May 11, 2023, setting emission standards that would require nearly all of coal- and gas-powered plants in the U.S.to capture almost all—90 percent—of their carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by 2038 or shut down. Corsi republished from AmericanThinker.com) In their comment, William Happer, professor of physics, emeritus, Princeton University, and Richard Lindzen, professor of Earth, atmospheric and planetary sciences, emeritus, make both a legal and a scientific case that the EPA’s proposed new rule is based on ideologically driven polices with no basis in legitimate climate science. In a document that appears to be the prelude to filing a lawsuit to block the EPA from implementing the proposed regulation, Happer and Lindzen lay out a science-based case arguing that the new EPA rules designed to limit the use of hydrocarbon fuels in the nation’s power plants could end up reducing the world’s food supply so dramatically that billions of people worldwide would be at risk of death by starvation. Happer and Lindzen begin their comment by citing Supreme Court precedent that suggests their comment could easily be the basis for a legal challenge in federal court to block the EPA from implementing the proposed new rule. State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins. Co., 463 U.S. 29, 43 (1983), the Court held that an agency rule is “arbitrary and capricious if the agency…entirely failed to consider an important aspect of the problem” and “the relevant data.” In their comment, Happer and Lindzen demonstrated that the EPA (1) failed to consider critically important aspects and data concerning CO2 fossil fuels and climate change, and (2) relied on numerous studies that violate the scientific method. O’Rourke Most of you have entered the final stage of your voluntary acceptance of mass slavery, and that slavery is fully dependent on the concept of fear, compliance to a false ‘authority,’ and total dependence on the very tyrant called government, whose plan is to control the world by controlling the common, ignorant, and apathetic collective crowd called ‘the people.’ The most vital component of this ‘Great Reset’ agenda, is for the majority to be dependent on the State, and that phenomenon is now close at hand. The final foundation of all restriction, control of financial and monetary transactions, and control of movement, will hinge on the farcical fraud called manmade ‘climate change.’ No worries however, because many other excuses, and aspects of control and manipulation will be used as well, but at this point, the ‘climate change’ hoax is the lynchpin of the future takeover plot. As mentioned earlier, the main focus of this increased intimidation is based on the fake ‘climate change’ model. One obvious example of this fear campaign, is the purposely heightened threat of so-called weather anomalies, especially what are conspicuous (intentionally set) fires burning at ridiculously high temperatures, destroying particular properties, towns, cities, and valuable mineral-laden land holdings. These unnatural fire outbreaks began in earnest in early spring, and have continued incessantly since that time. What began in Canada, has now overtaken the Hawaiian island of Maui, among many other areas around the world, and the devastation is incredible. Only psychopaths could perpetrate such evil as this, but the coverup and blame on bogus ‘climate change,’ has been accepted by most of course, and promulgated by the ruling class, and every State-owned or controlled mainstream media outlet. The attack on all truthtellers claiming these horrendous fires to be intentionally set, was instant, without any legitimate evidence to the contrary to back their plotted refutations, and in fact, this universal response was certainly coordinated. Now there is a fight to see who will take this land in Maui, and by take, I mean exactly that. It has been exposed that many are attempting to buy and gain contracts to build a new ‘smart city’ on this hallowed ground, and many big players are involved, including Blackrock.. Those claiming to help, people like Jeff Bezos and Oprah Winfrey, are already heavily involved, and the governor of Hawaii, Josh Green, has taken control of this, and not to the benefit of those residents and business owners who lost everything. (As an aside, the houses and property of Bezos and Winfrey magically escaped the fire?) This evil governor, a true controlling politician, said, and before all bodies have been recovered, or any funerals for the dead have taken place, “I’m already thinking of ways for the state to acquire that land so that we can put it into workforce housing, to put it back into families, or make it open spaces in perpetuity as a memorial to the people who were lost,” Democrat Gov. Josh Green said. What about all those who own that land the ‘State’ is going to force buy? (Steal) But let us not stop here, as during this same year, there were unbelievable train derailments. most all of which involved very poisonous, and toxic materials, the most noted of course, being the purposely released (due to deliberate fire-setting) noxious chemicals in East Palestine, Ohio, that poisoned much of the northeast U.S. There were many more incidents of this nature as well. As to extreme fear-mongering, weather ‘services’ nationwide, have intentionally changed all reporting in order to strike extreme fear in the collective herd called the ‘citizenry.’ Fantastic claims of record heat, which are bogus in most every case, are rampant. Instead of greens and darker muted colors to show heat, dark reds and purples just so happen to be the new norm across the entire country, and simultaneously; a coincidence certainly? In addition, the heat is not just hot, it is now “boiling” according to these weather idiots. These descriptions, while ludicrous and plotted, are purposely meant to cause undue alarm in an uninformed ‘public’ with little or no desire or effort to understand any truth. All of these things, and an endless supply of other threats, including the threat of nuclear war, of financial collapse, of food shortages, of extreme inflation leading to extreme prices, to new ‘pandemic’ emergencies, to travel restrictions, lockdowns, monitoring of all transactions, and of total digitization of the economy in order to control all, are now constant. The end of cash is being pursued aggressively, and the replacement by central bank digital currency (CBDC) is looming in the near future. This agenda too, has recently accelerated greatly, indicating that the ruling element of society is attempting to expand its control mechanisms more quickly so as to avoid any pushback. Given what is happening in open view, the great increase of intentionally-structured disastrous events, the massive transfer of wealth and property, the government’s aggressive stance immediately following every manufactured ‘weather event’ or so-called ‘natural’ emergency, and the total disregard for life and personal property, how long will it be until this takeover plot becomes fully entrenched in reality? All of these events are meant to make the average ‘citizen’ dependent on the State. The more dependency, the easier to control. When the bulk of society cannot or will not take care of themselves, will not be responsible for their own lives and freedom, will not fight back in their own defense, and voluntarily choose to acquiesce to authority and State relief instead of taking any personal responsibility, what will become of this country? It will be very telling to watch this State terrorism that has been released on Maui, and how the people respond. Will they give up their homes and land that was destroyed by and due to evil forces, or will they demand to keep and hold their property? Will they disallow this totalitarian scum called a governor from his nefarious U.N. plans, and keep what is theirs? Or will they simply allow the State’s political class to do as they please with everything they have deliberately destroyed, and become wards (slaves) of the State? Once mass dependence is in place, there will no longer be any chance of a free society. The State seeks to control all, and the way to accomplish that heinous mission, is to make the populace at large completely impotent, so that they have not the ability or drive to fight back. Total dependency is key to any takeover conspiracy by the ruling class and its State thugs, and many feigned threats and so-called emergencies will erupt on a regular basis going forward.
