Nuts While all nuts offer health benefits, walnuts stand out when it comes to disease prevention and healthy aging. Eating walnuts has been linked to better heart health, a lower risk of cancer, reduced inflammation, better blood sugar control in diabetics and better brain health. A study published in Current Developments in Nutrition also suggested that regular walnut consumption could help you live longer. Researchers analyzed 18 years of data from the Nurses’ Health Study and the Health Professionals Follow-Up study and found that men and women who ate at least five servings of walnuts per week lived 1.94 years and 1.78 years longer, respectively. Experts believe these benefits are thanks to the combination of the omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), monounsaturated fats and certain polyphenols in walnuts. Polyunsaturated fats like omega-3s have also been found to help reduce joint pain, which may improve quality of life among the elderly. Two other nuts that stand out are: Almonds, which contain the highest amount of vitamin E and riboflavin — nutrients that are essential for healthy skin, vision and cell function. Almonds are also rich in magnesium and manganese. Pistachios, which are a good source of manganese, phosphorus and potassium. Olive oil In addition to monounsaturated fats, olive oil contains polyphenols that function as antioxidants. These antioxidants protect against cell damage and inflammation. A study published in the ?Journal of the American College of Cardiology? reported that people who included more than half a tablespoon of olive oil in their daily diets had an 18 percent reduced risk of coronary heart disease. Research has also found that regular olive oil consumption may slow the shortening of telomeres, an event that naturally occurs with aging. A study involving people over the age of 50 found that olive oil consumption can improve a person’s “successful aging index,” which measures a variety of physical health outcomes such as cardiovascular disease risk factors and social and mental health outcomes commonly associated with aging. Fatty fish Older adults who regularly eat fish that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids – primarily oily varieties, like albacore tuna, mackerel, salmon and trout – tend to live longer than adults who don’t, according to a new study from Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and the University of Washington. Fatty-fish eaters also have a lower risk of dying from heart disease. The researchers noted that the benefits of maintaining healthy blood omega-3 levels could actually add years to your life. Whole grains Research supports the benefits of consuming whole grains for health and longevity. A review published in Advances in Nutrition found that people who consumed three servings of whole grains per day had a 25 percent lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease compared to those who ate fewer servings. Whole grains in their original form, such as farro, wheat berries, quinoa and oats, offer the most health benefits, but choosing whole-grain bread and pasta when possible is also recommended. When even the mainstream media is admitting that messenger RNA (mRNA) Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” are dangerous and “produce viral shedding,” you might want to pay attention. This is the shocking admission in a new piece from EVIE magazine, which is warning its readers to avoid having sexual relations with men who got jabbed for covid because their bodies are likely spreading spike proteins and other deadly substances in the process. “Shocker, it’s not just a conspiracy!” warns EVIE’s Andrea Mew. “New evidence has emerged suggesting that mRNA vaccines can produce viral shedding. So, perhaps you’re justified after all for being pretty picky about your sexual partner.” (Related: Earlier this year, research published by French pharmacologist Dr. Helene Banoun in the journal Infectious Diseases Research found that those who take covid injections do, in fact, shed their contents onto others, including sexual partners.) mRNA “rewrites the way your cells function” and “can interact with and change DNA,” EVIE reveals In Mew’s piece for EVIE, she references research showing that aerosolized antibodies from mRNA covid injections can be transmitted from vaccinated to unvaccinated individuals through a process called “passive immunization.” This might sound like a good thing, she writes, in that it implies that one is sharing “immunity” with another – “But it’s not so simple,” she warns. “Some critics, like podcaster Joe Rogan, have pointed out how the very nature of this ‘vaccine’ likens it more to experimental gene therapy than your typical vaccine,” Mew further states. “It’s true, what we’re currently dealing with are mRNA vaccines, not live attenuated vaccines. The latter contains a weak form of the virus that is meant to cause an immune response upon injection and therefore provide future immunity.” Mew goes to great lengths to unpack what we here at Natural News and many others across the independent media spectrum have been warning you about for years, only to be dubbed “conspiracy theorists” by the corporate-controlled media. It appears that things are changing, though, as a popular magazine for modern women is warning them to steer clear of men who got pricked by Tony Fauci and Donald Trump through Operation Warp Speed. In addition to “rewrite[ing] the way your cells function so that you can inherently prevent disease through protein production,” Mew further explains that mRNA jabs also have the ability to “interact with and change DNA.” “For instance, we know that the Covid shot wasn’t developed to interact with the human liver, and yet in a Swedish study, researchers discovered that the vaccine was altering liver cells,” Mew writes. “Then, in a Pfizer Japanese biodistribution study, news emerged that the spike proteins could travel from the injection site through your blood and accumulate in unintended tissues and organs like the spleen, adrenal glands, ovaries, bone marrow, and again, the liver.” Then we have the risk of myocarditis, as well as blood that becomes contaminated with “full-length spike protein” that is “unbounded by antibodies,” not to mention the specific risks to women involving menstrual irregularities and potential birth defects. Mew even references the aforementioned Banoun study, as well as another out of Colorado showing that fully vaccinated parents can transfer mRNA antibodies “via respiratory droplets” to their unvaccinated children. If face masks actually worked (spoiler alert: they don’t), then they would come in handy to protect one’s unvaccinated self against contracting an mRNA covid injection through the aerosolized respiratory droplets of a fully vaccinated person. “In the quest to advance modern medicine, we shouldn’t shy away from tough topics just because they may go against preconceived biases,” Mew writes in conclusion about these difficult truths. Data coming out of Europe shows that business activity this month has contracted to its lowest level since November 2020. In the Eurozone – the parts of the continent that currently use the euro as its main legal currency – the HCOB Flash Eurozone composite purchasing managers’ index (PMI) fell to 47.0 in August from 48.6 in July, its weakest level in 33 months. A PMI is a comprehensive index attempting to measure the prevailing direction of economic trends in certain economic sectors. The quoted flash composite PMI is focused on the eurozone’s manufacturing and services sectors. (Related: Conservative German party brands EU a “failed project,” calls for its complete overhaul as a federation of autonomous nations.) A reading of 50 or above would have marked an expansion in economic activity, while a reading below last month’s 48.6 would have signaled a contraction in the continent’s economy. Some economists were hoping for a very modest increase to 48.8 for August. The recent PMI would be the lowest reading since April 2013 if the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic months were excluded. Cyrus de la Rubia, chief economist for the Hamburg Commercial Bank in northern Germany, said the eurozone’s service sector is “unfortunately showing signs of turning down to match the poor performance of manufacturing.” The services PMI dropped to a 30-month low at 48.3, while the manufacturing PMI only rose slightly from 42.7 in July to 43.7 in August – nowhere near enough to prevent the eurozone from entering a recession. “Considering the PMI figures in our GDP [growth] nowcast leads us to the conclusion that the eurozone will shrink by 0.2 percent in the third quarter,” predicted de la Rubia. “The downward pressure on the economy of the eurozone in August stems mainly from the German service sector, which switched from growth to contraction at an unusual pace,” de la Rubia added, noting that reduced output in German manufacturing also added to arguments that the country is becoming “the sick man of Europe.” Euro, British pound falling in value Following the release of the eurozone composite PMI, the euro responded by losing approximately 0.3 percent of its value compared to the United States dollar, trading at a low of $1.0809. Across the English Channel, the United Kingdom pound similarly experienced a dip, falling by 0.8 percent in value to $1.2636. These values represent a more than one-month low for the euro and a two-month low for the pound. Furthermore, the worse-than-expected readings have made financial analysts predict that both the Bank of England and the European Central Bank (ECB) may respond with less aggressive interest rate increases. “The continuing sharp drop in the PMI data will test the ECB’s growth optimism,” said Mark Wall, chief European economist at Deutsche Bank. “Ongoing manufacturing weakness might be more than just cyclical. It could reveal a more persistent and structural competitive shock.” “The weakening in services might reveal that monetary transmission is stronger than the hawks were expecting,” he continued. “We are expecting the ECB to pause [rate increases] in September, but it is not clear that inflation is where the ECB wants it yet. A pause should not be misinterpreted as the peak.” Back in July, ECB President Christine Lagarde herself noted that, for August, the central bank would either raise rates or pause rate hikes. No discussions were done considering decreasing interest rates. “We continue to expect services inflation to ease enough over the coming months to convince the ECB to not hike past September,” said Melanie Debono, senior Europe economist for economic research firm Pantheon Macroeconomics. “Stagnating employment combined with decreasing production and results therefore in lower output per head,” said de la Rubia. “As a result, the ECB may be more reluctant to pause the hiking cycle in September.” Current predictions suggest that ECB rates will remain unchanged next month at 3.75 percent. O’Rourke Most of you have entered the final stage of your voluntary acceptance of mass slavery, and that slavery is fully dependent on the concept of fear, compliance to a false ‘authority,’ and total dependence on the very tyrant called government, whose plan is to control the world by controlling the common, ignorant, and apathetic collective crowd called ‘the people.’ The most vital component of this ‘Great Reset’ agenda, is for the majority to be dependent on the State, and that phenomenon is now close at hand. The final foundation of all restriction, control of financial and monetary transactions, and control of movement, will hinge on the farcical fraud called manmade ‘climate change.’ No worries however, because many other excuses, and aspects of control and manipulation will be used as well, but at this point, the ‘climate change’ hoax is the lynchpin of the future takeover plot. The speed of this agenda has accelerated far past earlier time projections, and I believe this to be due to more exposure by the few who understand what is actually happening, to explain all the contradiction, lies, and propaganda, that have inundated society for the past few decades. At this point, the somewhat panicked ruling class and its pawns in government, have vastly escalated their terror campaign worldwide, in order to shut down dissent before it can gain too much ground. This campaign of terror is meant to drive the tool of fear to a much higher degree, so as to be able to accomplish takeover goals with less resistance. As mentioned earlier, the main focus of this increased intimidation is based on the fake ‘climate change’ model. One obvious example of this fear campaign, is the purposely heightened threat of so-called weather anomalies, especially what are conspicuous (intentionally set) fires burning at ridiculously high temperatures, destroying particular properties, towns, cities, and valuable mineral-laden land holdings. These unnatural fire outbreaks began in earnest in early spring, and have continued incessantly since that time. What began in Canada, has now overtaken the Hawaiian island of Maui, among many other areas around the world, and the devastation is incredible. Only psychopaths could perpetrate such evil as this, but the coverup and blame on bogus ‘climate change,’ has been accepted by most of course, and promulgated by the ruling class, and every State-owned or controlled mainstream media outlet. The attack on all truthtellers claiming these horrendous fires to be intentionally set, was instant, without any legitimate evidence to the contrary to back their plotted refutations, and in fact, this universal response was certainly coordinated. Now there is a fight to see who will take this land in Maui, and by take, I mean exactly that. It has been exposed that many are attempting to buy and gain contracts to build a new ‘smart city’ on this hallowed ground, and many big players are involved, including Blackrock.. Those claiming to help, people like Jeff Bezos and Oprah Winfrey, are already heavily involved, and the governor of Hawaii, Josh Green, has taken control of this, and not to the benefit of those residents and business owners who lost everything. (As an aside, the houses and property of Bezos and Winfrey magically escaped the fire?) This evil governor, a true controlling politician, said, and before all bodies have been recovered, or any funerals for the dead have taken place, “I’m already thinking of ways for the state to acquire that land so that we can put it into workforce housing, to put it back into families, or make it open spaces in perpetuity as a memorial to the people who were lost,” Democrat Gov. Josh Green said. What about all those who own that land the ‘State’ is going to force buy? (Steal) But let us not stop here, as during this same year, there were unbelievable train derailments. most all of which involved very poisonous, and toxic materials, the most noted of course, being the purposely released (due to deliberate fire-setting) noxious chemicals in East Palestine, Ohio, that poisoned much of the northeast U.S. There were many more incidents of this nature as well. As to extreme fear-mongering, weather ‘services’ nationwide, have intentionally changed all reporting in order to strike extreme fear in the collective herd called the ‘citizenry.’ Fantastic claims of record heat, which are bogus in most every case, are rampant. Instead of greens and darker muted colors to show heat, dark reds and purples just so happen to be the new norm across the entire country, and simultaneously; a coincidence certainly? In addition, the heat is not just hot, it is now “boiling” according to these weather idiots. These descriptions, while ludicrous and plotted, are purposely meant to cause undue alarm in an uninformed ‘public’ with little or no desire or effort to understand any truth. All of these things, and an endless supply of other threats, including the threat of nuclear war, of financial collapse, of food shortages, of extreme inflation leading to extreme prices, to new ‘pandemic’ emergencies, to travel restrictions, lockdowns, monitoring of all transactions, and of total digitization of the economy in order to control all, are now constant. The end of cash is being pursued aggressively, and the replacement by central bank digital currency (CBDC) is looming in the near future. This agenda too, has recently accelerated greatly, indicating that the ruling element of society is attempting to expand its control mechanisms more quickly so as to avoid any pushback. Given what is happening in open view, the great increase of intentionally-structured disastrous events, the massive transfer of wealth and property, the government’s aggressive stance immediately following every manufactured ‘weather event’ or so-called ‘natural’ emergency, and the total disregard for life and personal property, how long will it be until this takeover plot becomes fully entrenched in reality? All of these events are meant to make the average ‘citizen’ dependent on the State. The more dependency, the easier to control. When the bulk of society cannot or will not take care of themselves, will not be responsible for their own lives and freedom, will not fight back in their own defense, and voluntarily choose to acquiesce to authority and State relief instead of taking any personal responsibility, what will become of this country? It will be very telling to watch this State terrorism that has been released on Maui, and how the people respond. Will they give up their homes and land that was destroyed by and due to evil forces, or will they demand to keep and hold their property? Will they disallow this totalitarian scum called a governor from his nefarious U.N. plans, and keep what is theirs? Or will they simply allow the State’s political class to do as they please with everything they have deliberately destroyed, and become wards (slaves) of the State? Once mass dependence is in place, there will no longer be any chance of a free society. The State seeks to control all, and the way to accomplish that heinous mission, is to make the populace at large completely impotent, so that they have not the ability or drive to fight back. Total dependency is key to any takeover conspiracy by the ruling class and its State thugs, and many feigned threats and so-called emergencies will erupt on a regular basis going forward.
