An observational study published in Neurology also found that eating one serving per day of green leafy vegetables and foods rich in alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), folate, kaempferol, lutein, nitrate, phylloquinone (vitamin K1) and zeaxanthin may help slow age-related cognitive decline, improve mental sharpness and reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Nuts While all nuts offer health benefits, walnuts stand out when it comes to disease prevention and healthy aging. Eating walnuts has been linked to better heart health, a lower risk of cancer, reduced inflammation, better blood sugar control in diabetics and better brain health. A study published in Current Developments in Nutrition also suggested that regular walnut consumption could help you live longer. Researchers analyzed 18 years of data from the Nurses’ Health Study and the Health Professionals Follow-Up study and found that men and women who ate at least five servings of walnuts per week lived 1.94 years and 1.78 years longer, respectively. Experts believe these benefits are thanks to the combination of the omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), monounsaturated fats and certain polyphenols in walnuts. Polyunsaturated fats like omega-3s have also been found to help reduce joint pain, which may improve quality of life among the elderly. Two other nuts that stand out are: Almonds, which contain the highest amount of vitamin E and riboflavin — nutrients that are essential for healthy skin, vision and cell function. Almonds are also rich in magnesium and manganese. Pistachios, which are a good source of manganese, phosphorus and potassium. Olive oil In addition to monounsaturated fats, olive oil contains polyphenols that function as antioxidants. These antioxidants protect against cell damage and inflammation. A study published in the ?Journal of the American College of Cardiology? reported that people who included more than half a tablespoon of olive oil in their daily diets had an 18 percent reduced risk of coronary heart disease. Research has also found that regular olive oil consumption may slow the shortening of telomeres, an event that naturally occurs with aging. A study involving people over the age of 50 found that olive oil consumption can improve a person’s “successful aging index,” which measures a variety of physical health outcomes such as cardiovascular disease risk factors and social and mental health outcomes commonly associated with aging. Fatty fish Older adults who regularly eat fish that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids – primarily oily varieties, like albacore tuna, mackerel, salmon and trout – tend to live longer than adults who don’t, according to a new study from Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and the University of Washington. Fatty-fish eaters also have a lower risk of dying from heart disease. The researchers noted that the benefits of maintaining healthy blood omega-3 levels could actually add years to your life. Whole grains Research supports the benefits of consuming whole grains for health and longevity. A review published in Advances in Nutrition found that people who consumed three servings of whole grains per day had a 25 percent lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease compared to those who ate fewer servings. Whole grains in their original form, such as farro, wheat berries, quinoa and oats, offer the most health benefits, but choosing whole-grain bread and pasta when possible is also recommended. Sisters Leah and Michelle Svensson, known as the Resistance Chicks, discussed the strange coincidences involving the indictments against former President Donald Trump and the revelations regarding presidential son Hunter Biden. Elder sister Leah outlined the “coincidences” that happened against Trump during the Aug. 18 episode of “Headline News: The Resistance Chicks” on Brighteon.TV. Interestingly , all of these happened after legal actions were launched against the presidential son. On March 16 of this year, the House Oversight Committee disclosed that the Biden family received payments from a Chinese energy firm. Two days later on March 18, Trump confirmed that he would be indicted in New York. The indictment did happen on April 4, with Manhattan District Attorney (DA) Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in a hush-money case. He charged the former president with 34 felony counts, which Trump all pleaded not guilty to. The charges stemmed from a hush money payment given to adult film actress Stormy Daniels, who claimed she had an affair with the former president. On June 7, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) released documents alleging that the Bidens took a $10 million bribe from Ukrainian energy company Burisma. The very next day on June 8, Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted Trump with a total of 37 counts on seven different charges. The second indictment stemmed from allegedly classified documents taken from the August 2022 raid at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida. When the younger Biden’s sweetheart deal fell apart on July 26, Smith added more charges to the Mar-a-Lago indictment for a total of 40 charges. Hunter’s former business partner Devon Archer testified before lawmakers on July 31. According to Archer, President Joe Biden was on the more than 20 calls with Hunter’s other business partners. The next day on Aug. 1, Smith indicted Trump for his involvement in the Jan. 6 false-flag riot at the Capitol. Lastly, House Republicans released a transcript from the FBI agent involved in the Hunter Biden investigation on Aug. 14. Soon after, Fulton County DA Fani Willis charged Trump and 18 others in connection with the results of the 2020 election in Georgia. While they seek to put Trump behind bars, they ultimately serve to cover up Hunter Biden’s misdeeds. She continued that the American people will be sick of hearing about the presidential son, something that will possibly backfire on the Democrats. Michelle also mentioned that former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-GA) has some inside knowledge of the indictment. The former congressman for the Peach State claimed prosecutors weren’t ready to drop the Georgia indictment against Trump. However, the latest revelations regarding Hunter forced them to immediately push the charges. The younger Svensson sister said the prosecutors weren’t planning on the Hunter Biden bombshells being exposed. Despite this, she remarked that the rush toward any legal action against Trump is “good news” since it will fall apart. Moreover, the truth about the presidential son being exposed cannot be prevented from becoming public. Leah meanwhile said Gingrich may have been talking about the indictment Willis pushed. This is because the House GOP releasing the FBI agent’s transcripts was absolutely huge. “I don’t know if they are trying to cover up for Joe or what it is. In a failed attempt to empathize with the victims of the recent wildfires in Hawaii’s Maui island, President Joe Biden claimed he understood the victims by comparing the wildfires to almost losing his car and his cat in a kitchen fire. The wildfires that swept through Maui, centered mostly in the town of Lahaina, had already killed at least 115 people and left another 850 missing. He responded by giving a speech to a crowd in Lahaina where he claimed he knew how it felt to lose a home. He told the crowd: “I don’t want to compare difficulties, but we have a little sense – Jill and I – of what it’s like to lose a home. “Years ago now – 15 years ago – I was in Washington … [when] lightning struck at home, on a little lake that’s outside of our home – not a lake, a big pond – and hit a wire that came up underneath our home into the heating ducts and air conditioning ducts. To make a long story short, I almost lost my wife, my ’67 Corvette and my cat. “I watched the firefighters, the way they responded … You’re all crazy, thank God. People who run into flames to save other people – and they ran into flames to save my wife, to save my family – not a joke. “We were insured, we did not have any problem. But being out of our home for the better part of a year was difficult. I can only imagine what it’s like to lose your home.” Biden’s false story about possibly losing a car and a cat was not received well. “Joe Biden is a piece of garbage, in my opinion,” said Attorney Thomas Renz on the Aug. 22 episode of his Brighteon.TV program “Lawfare with Tom Renz.” “Biden – who just went over to Hawaii and told everybody about his cat catching fire – told residents whose children died in fires, … who’d lost everything, he told them about almost losing a cat.” “Joe Biden feels the pain of Lahaina [by] talking about his kitchen fire,” said “Fox & Friends Weekend” co-host Will Cain. One restaurant owner in the nearby town of Kihei said in an interview that Biden’s comment was “the most despicable thing this president has ever said.” Biden’s aid to Hawaii wildfire victims? Just $700 Biden’s story about possibly losing his car and his cat as one part of his insured home caught fire comes as his administration offered the victims of the wildfires a mere $700 per household. This one-time check is meant to address “immediate needs” like water, food and clothing. Maui residents and victims of the wildfires even pointed out the disparity between the aid provided to American citizens and the aid sent to other countries, particularly Ukraine. During Biden’s visit, many protesters held up signs comparing the assistance already available for the people of Hawaii. To date, the Biden administration has only approved around $8.2 million in assistance to 2,700 households in Maui. There are nearly 54,000 households on the island. Meanwhile, the Biden administration announced a further $200 million in security assistance heading straight for Kyiv as the wildfires were engulfing hundreds of homes. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) claimed in its official data that it has already given around $2.3 million to just half of the 2,700 households eligible to receive the $700 checks. On its website, FEMA claims to have approved $3.17 million in aid, of which $1.42 million is for “individual and households program” assistance and $1.75 million is for “other needs assistance.” None of the figures coming out from the government paint Biden’s administration in a positive light. Most of the independent media coverage about the Maui “fire” is focused on the mismanagement of the disaster by corrupt government agencies like FEMA, and by questionable non-profit organizations like the American Red Cross, both of which are reportedly depriving locals and other survivors of much-needed emergency resources. But what about the censorship of commercial pilots who saw firsthand what happened – or more importantly, what may not have actually happened – that fateful day? An investigation into the reports that commercial pilots normally file concerning things they see or encounter during a flight has found that a shocking 30 percent, at least, of all PIREPs (pilot reports) filed with air traffic control (ATC) from Kahului Airport (OGG) in the center of Maui are missing, which begs the question: why? According to Maui County, the Lahaina “fire” – the reason for “fire” being in quotes will become clearer as you read the rest of this story – started on the morning of August 8 and was declared 100 percent contained shortly before 9 a.m. the very same day. Despite this, the mainstream media continued to talk about the fires long past August 8. A NOTAM (notice to airmen) temporary flight restriction (TFR) was later issued on August 14 Hawaii time, and is scheduled to end on August 23. The stated reason for this is to provide a safe environment for firefighting, but why would this be needed if the fire was put out on August 8? (Related: Another theory is that climate-obsessed leftist terrorists plotted Lahaina’s destruction to spread more fear and anxiety about global warming.) Targeted DEWs are likely what took out Lahaina, not a “wildfire” It would seem as though someone wants to keep the airspace in and around Lahaina clear well past the time when the “fire” ended. And that same someone, or someones, does not want the general public to access many of the PIREPs that were filed by commercial pilots on August 8. “This means that the PIREPs and any other ATC communication that took place that day is something that Big Brother doesn’t want the world to know,” says Citizen Watch Report about the matter. “I wonder what all the pilots saw and what they reported. If anybody knows any pilots who flew in or out of OGG on August 8, it is imperative one reaches out to them and learn the truth.” The only reason to censor PIREPs from the day is to hide the truth of what really happened from the general public. If, in fact, this was another directed energy weapon (DEW) event, then pilots may have seen that there was no actual wildfire, and instead a targeted weapon being used on the people of Lahaina in order to steal their land. Consider the “miracle” house, which was the only structure to mysteriously survive the “fire” completely unscathed, along with the open grass parcel right next to it. Notice in the photos embedded in the above-linked article that the “fire” perfectly avoided this historic structure. And notice how the Honolulu Civil Beat does not skip a beat in trying to explain it away as having to do with the building’s materials, which supposedly saved it from burning. Looking at those photos, it sure seems like the DEW’s were instructed to burn down everything in the area except that historic structure, which almost looks like it was computer-edited to look unscathed, but the building and property are, in fact, there and undamaged. “The shape of these fires in Maui (a perfect ellipse) combined with the fact that boats on the water were burning and that Oprah Winfrey’s mansion was spared makes me think a Directed Energy Weapon was used to start the fires,” one commenter further noted. The federal government was not happy when licensed drone operator Davin Phelps tried to film the suspected origin of the so-called “wildfires” that burned down Lahaina and other nearby spots on the Hawaiian island of Maui. According to Fox News host Will Cain, who relayed the bizarre story, Phelps’ drone was grounded by force as it neared the target site. Not long after that, federal agents paid Phelps a visit to have a talk about the matter. During this meeting, federal agents reportedly told Phelps that he is prohibited from filming the area where the Maui Fire is believed to have started. Phelps was still able to capture some footage before this, though, which he shared with Cain. That footage shows entire buildings across entire city blocks reduced to gray ash while the trees surrounding them remain intact. This, many believe, serves as evidence that “wildfires” are not to blame, but rather directed energy weapons (DEWs). Phelps also shared with Cain numerous still images that he captured, which show other strange anomalies that point to this disaster being another false flag incident possibly perpetrated by the government itself. “I don’t want to feed ridiculous conspiracies, but all I can do is tell you the truth,” Cain wrote in a series of posts on X, formerly known as Twitter – check out some of the pictures and video footage below. “I just spoke to a videographer from Lahaina. There needs to be more transparency as to what really happened in Maui It turns out that Phelps was hired by an attorney to fly his drone over the suspected area where the fire started, though the airspace above Lahaina has currently been dubbed a no-fly zone for the time being. “But as you can see from the footage that hasn’t stopped him from getting images of Lahaina Town,” Cain noted. “But it was a different experience at the fires [sic] origin.” When the feds showed up at Phelps’ door to have a talk, he pressed them for transparency as to why Lahaina is a no-fly zone, and why the government does not want American citizens to learn the truth about what happened there. “Apparently licensed drone pilots fly through an app coordinated with the FAA,” Cain explained. “That app can deny you permission to fly and remotely ground your drone. It’s very rare. But when Phelps got to the suspected fire origin area he was denied flight and grounded.” “Then he says two government officials (he doesn’t remember what agency) quickly visited him, asking for his license, and ran him off the Lahaina Intermediate School parking lot where he attempted to launch.” What Cain now wants to know is why is there so much secrecy in Lahaina right now? House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has vowed to kick-start a probe into President Joe Biden’s response to the wildfires that ravaged the town of Lahaina, located in the western portion of Hawaii’s Maui island. His promise to investigate the chief executive’s response followed the disaster that has killed more than 110, with more than 1,000 individuals missing. The house speaker said during an Aug. 23 appearance in New York that he is very concerned about the response. “We still have hundreds of individuals that are missing. I think there’s [going to] have to be a congressional investigation in response [to] what happened. How could we lose that many Americans in today’s age? And the federal response seems very delayed.” McCarthy also rebuked Biden for his initial refusal to comment on the disaster, alongside his delay in visiting the ground zero of the devastation. The president, while on vacation in his home state of Delaware, remarked “no comment” when a reporter asked him about the Lahaina wildfires. “The president’s response – to have no comment? That’s unacceptable,” the speaker remarked. “So I’m going to work with committees too to look at investigating what went on so that never happens again as well.” Meanwhile, the first couple visited Maui on Aug. 21 amid growing criticism over Washington’s perceived lack of support. The Bidens were met with mixed reactions during their visit. The presidential motorcade drove past disgruntled residents booing and jeering. Some took it a step further, giving the motorcade the middle finger and waving Trump 2024 flags. During his speech, Biden promised survivors of the wildfire that the federal government would support them “as long as it takes.” He continued: “The country grieves with you [and] stands with you, and we’ll do everything possible to help you recover, rebuild, and respect culture and traditions when the rebuilding takes place.” GOP reps: Biden visit to Lahaina “predictable” and “cringeworthy” The tourist town of Lahaina – home to 12,000 – was almost wiped off the map. Over 3,000 structures were turned to ash, with the estimated damage amounting to $5 billion. While no single cause has been determined for the fires as of writing, experts suggest power lines that weren’t shut off despite high winds may have caught fire when they fell. At least two of McCarthy’s colleagues in the GOP expressed disgust over Biden’s response to the Maui disaster. During an Aug. 22 appearance on Fox Business, South Carolina Rep. Russell Fry rebuked the president’s visit. “The ‘American last’ policies of the Biden administration were on full display,” he told the network’s Cheryl Casone. “I mean, it was the most cringeworthy visit of a disaster area that I’ve ever seen.” “I think it’s inexcusable, the conduct of this administration. Quite frankly, the people of Maui and this country deserve better than what they’re receiving right now.” Even House Majority Whip Tom Emmer from Minnesota blasted the president’s blunders at the disaster’s ground zero in a statement to Breitbart News. “Biden blundering in times of crisis is as predictable as a snowy Minnesota winter: it’s inevitable,” he wrote. “If his presidency has taught us anything, it’s to not hold your breath for competent leadership from this White House.” The Minnesota congressman referenced various gaffes by the incumbent while visiting Lahaina. Foremost among them is Biden’s downplaying of the suffering experienced by residents as he compared the wildfires to a small kitchen fire. He also insensitively joked about the “hot ground” at Lahaina while touring the town. O’Rourke Most of you have entered the final stage of your voluntary acceptance of mass slavery, and that slavery is fully dependent on the concept of fear, compliance to a false ‘authority,’ and total dependence on the very tyrant called government, whose plan is to control the world by controlling the common, ignorant, and apathetic collective crowd called ‘the people.’ The most vital component of this ‘Great Reset’ agenda, is for the majority to be dependent on the State, and that phenomenon is now close at hand. The final foundation of all restriction, control of financial and monetary transactions, and control of movement, will hinge on the farcical fraud called manmade ‘climate change.’ No worries however, because many other excuses, and aspects of control and manipulation will be used as well, but at this point, the ‘climate change’ hoax is the lynchpin of the future takeover plot. The speed of this agenda has accelerated far past earlier time projections, and I believe this to be due to more exposure by the few who understand what is actually happening, to explain all the contradiction, lies, and propaganda, that have inundated society for the past few decades. At this point, the somewhat panicked ruling class and its pawns in government, have vastly escalated their terror campaign worldwide, in order to shut down dissent before it can gain too much ground. This campaign of terror is meant to drive the tool of fear to a much higher degree, so as to be able to accomplish takeover goals with less resistance. As mentioned earlier, the main focus of this increased intimidation is based on the fake ‘climate change’ model. One obvious example of this fear campaign, is the purposely heightened threat of so-called weather anomalies, especially what are conspicuous (intentionally set) fires burning at ridiculously high temperatures, destroying particular properties, towns, cities, and valuable mineral-laden land holdings. These unnatural fire outbreaks began in earnest in early spring, and have continued incessantly since that time. What began in Canada, has now overtaken the Hawaiian island of Maui, among many other areas around the world, and the devastation is incredible. Only psychopaths could perpetrate such evil as this, but the coverup and blame on bogus ‘climate change,’ has been accepted by most of course, and promulgated by the ruling class, and every State-owned or controlled mainstream media outlet. The attack on all truthtellers claiming these horrendous fires to be intentionally set, was instant, without any legitimate evidence to the contrary to back their plotted refutations, and in fact, this universal response was certainly coordinated. Now there is a fight to see who will take this land in Maui, and by take, I mean exactly that. It has been exposed that many are attempting to buy and gain contracts to build a new ‘smart city’ on this hallowed ground, and many big players are involved, including Blackrock.. Those claiming to help, people like Jeff Bezos and Oprah Winfrey, are already heavily involved, and the governor of Hawaii, Josh Green, has taken control of this, and not to the benefit of those residents and business owners who lost everything. (As an aside, the houses and property of Bezos and Winfrey magically escaped the fire?) This evil governor, a true controlling politician, said, and before all bodies have been recovered, or any funerals for the dead have taken place, “I’m already thinking of ways for the state to acquire that land so that we can put it into workforce housing, to put it back into families, or make it open spaces in perpetuity as a memorial to the people who were lost,” Democrat Gov. Josh Green said. What about all those who own that land the ‘State’ is going to force buy? (Steal) But let us not stop here, as during this same year, there were unbelievable train derailments. most all of which involved very poisonous, and toxic materials, the most noted of course, being the purposely released (due to deliberate fire-setting) noxious chemicals in East Palestine, Ohio, that poisoned much of the northeast U.S. There were many more incidents of this nature as well. As to extreme fear-mongering, weather ‘services’ nationwide, have intentionally changed all reporting in order to strike extreme fear in the collective herd called the ‘citizenry.’ Fantastic claims of record heat, which are bogus in most every case, are rampant. Instead of greens and darker muted colors to show heat, dark reds and purples just so happen to be the new norm across the entire country, and simultaneously; a coincidence certainly? In addition, the heat is not just hot, it is now “boiling” according to these weather idiots. These descriptions, while ludicrous and plotted, are purposely meant to cause undue alarm in an uninformed ‘public’ with little or no desire or effort to understand any truth. All of these things, and an endless supply of other threats, including the threat of nuclear war, of financial collapse, of food shortages, of extreme inflation leading to extreme prices, to new ‘pandemic’ emergencies, to travel restrictions, lockdowns, monitoring of all transactions, and of total digitization of the economy in order to control all, are now constant. The end of cash is being pursued aggressively, and the replacement by central bank digital currency (CBDC) is looming in the near future. This agenda too, has recently accelerated greatly, indicating that the ruling element of society is attempting to expand its control mechanisms more quickly so as to avoid any pushback. Given what is happening in open view, the great increase of intentionally-structured disastrous events, the massive transfer of wealth and property, the government’s aggressive stance immediately following every manufactured ‘weather event’ or so-called ‘natural’ emergency, and the total disregard for life and personal property, how long will it be until this takeover plot becomes fully entrenched in reality? All of these events are meant to make the average ‘citizen’ dependent on the State. The more dependency, the easier to control. When the bulk of society cannot or will not take care of themselves, will not be responsible for their own lives and freedom, will not fight back in their own defense, and voluntarily choose to acquiesce to authority and State relief instead of taking any personal responsibility, what will become of this country? It will be very telling to watch this State terrorism that has been released on Maui, and how the people respond. Will they give up their homes and land that was destroyed by and due to evil forces, or will they demand to keep and hold their property? Will they disallow this totalitarian scum called a governor from his nefarious U.N. plans, and keep what is theirs? Or will they simply allow the State’s political class to do as they please with everything they have deliberately destroyed, and become wards (slaves) of the State? Once mass dependence is in place, there will no longer be any chance of a free society. The State seeks to control all, and the way to accomplish that heinous mission, is to make the populace at large completely impotent, so that they have not the ability or drive to fight back. Total dependency is key to any takeover conspiracy by the ruling class and its State thugs, and many feigned threats and so-called emergencies will erupt on a regular basis going forward. President Joe Biden told survivors of the wildfires that ravaged the Hawaiian island of Maui that he has a “sense of what it’s like to lose a home.” In reality, he only experienced a small kitchen fire that was brought under control within minutes. During an appearance at the Lahaina Civic Center, he addressed victims by recounting an August 2004 fire that happened at his home in Delaware. “I don’t want to compare difficulties, but we have a little sense – [First Lady] Jill and I – [of] what it’s like to lose a home,” Biden said. “To make a long story short – I almost lost my wife, my ’67 Corvette and my cat. But all kidding aside, I watched the firefighters [and] the way they responded. They ran into flames to save my wife and save my family. Not a joke.” But a report by the Associated Press (AP) about the fire in the Bidens’ home contradicted the president’s claim. According to the August 2004 report, the fire began after lightning struck Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware. The blaze was “contained to the kitchen” and did not spread to other parts of the house. “Firefighters arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the house, but were able to keep the flames from spreading beyond the kitchen,” said George Lamborn, chief of the Cranston Heights Fire Company. He added that the fire at the Bidens’ residence “was under control in 20 minutes.” No one was injured in the incident, the AP report added. Aside from this, the president also insensitively joked about the wildfires while visiting the ruins of Lahaina town. The Aug. 21 exchange happened as Biden mingled with a first responder. “You guys catch the boots out here? That’s a hot ground, man,” the president quipped. This prompted laughter from the people nearby. The insensitive joke and the blatant lie were delivered as Biden arrived on the island to survey the damage in Lahaina, located at the island’s western portion, after 13 days. Rep. Fry: Biden’s visit to Maui “cringeworthy” According to Breitbart, an estimated 480 people have died in the conflagration. More than 800 are still missing, with Hawaii Gov. Josh Green saying children likely comprise the majority of those unaccounted for. The president’s visit, alongside his quips, did not sit well with at least two Republican congressmen. House Majority Whip Tom Emmer from Minnesota expressed his disgust in a statement to Breitbart. “Biden blundering in times of crisis is as predictable as a snowy Minnesota winter; it’s inevitable,” the congressman said. “If his presidency has taught us anything, it’s to not hold your breath for competent leadership from this White House.” Meanwhile, South Carolina Rep. Russell Fry chided the chief executive’s visit to the island during an appearance on Fox Business. He told the network’s Cheryl Casone that the Biden administration’s “American last policies … were on full display” at that time. “I mean, it was the most cringeworthy visit of a disaster area that I’ve ever seen. That comment [about the 2004 fire at his home], the comment about the ground being hot, showing up two weeks late,” Fry remarked. “I think it’s inexcusable, the conduct of this administration.
