For the last 25 years, researchers have been trying to find ways to prolong a person’s lifespan while increasing his healthspan, which is the number of years one a person can live in reasonably good health, free from disease. While having “good” genes may be responsible for 20 percent of how long you live, the rest depends on your habits. Good habits such as following a healthy eating regimen, exercising regularly and avoiding alcohol and smoking have been linked by numerous studies to increased longevity. In addition, there are certain foods that can help you live longer and healthier. Here are some of the best foods recommended by dietitians and nutritionists that can help you live longer and age gracefully. Beans and legumes These little nutrient powerhouses offer an incredible amount of plant-based protein as well as essential vitamins and minerals . (Related: Improve your well-being and boost longevity with the Blue Zones diet.) Beans and legumes are also loaded with fiber that supports healthy digestion and bowel regularity. The complex carbohydrates in beans and legumes can provide your body with a more lasting energy source than simple carbohydrates like sugar. Eating fiber-rich foods is great for stabilizing blood sugar levels and decreasing your risks of insulin resistance, Type 2 diabetes and weight gain. Cruciferous vegetables Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and other cruciferous vegetables are known for their digestive benefits. Maintaining a healthy digestive system is not only important for optimal nutrient absorption but also for a robust immune system. Eating cruciferous vegetables is also linked to a number of benefits related directly to living longer. They’re rich in fiber, antioxidants and vitamins A, C and K – all of which are associated with healthy aging. Sulforaphane, an antioxidant primarily found in cruciferous vegetables, is known to have anticancer activities and is said to protect against heart disease as well as support blood glucose control in people with Type 2 diabetes. Berries Colorful berries are known for their abundance of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber. The antioxidant content of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries is among the highest of all fruits and enables them to combat free radicals that can damage your cells, as well as inflammation. Berries have long been studied for their health benefits, which include lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease, protecting against cancer and reducing inflammation. What’s even more intriguing about berries is their potential effect on brain health. Published in the Annals of Neurology, the Nurses Health study, which followed over 16,000 participants over the age of 70, found that high intakes of blueberries and strawberries are linked to slower cognitive decline. Another study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry showed that blueberry extract may actually improve memory. Dark leafy greens Time and again, studies have shown that eating dark leafy greens is linked to a slew of health benefits, including a reduced risk of early death. A meta-analysis published in the JRSM Cardiovascular Disease looked at 13 studies and found that regular leafy green consumption is associated with a 15.8 percent lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease. An observational study published in Neurology also found that eating one serving per day of green leafy vegetables and foods rich in alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), folate, kaempferol, lutein, nitrate, phylloquinone (vitamin K1) and zeaxanthin may help slow age-related cognitive decline, improve mental sharpness and reduce the risk of age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Nuts While all nuts offer health benefits, walnuts stand out when it comes to disease prevention and healthy aging. Eating walnuts has been linked to better heart health, a lower risk of cancer, reduced inflammation, better blood sugar control in diabetics and better brain health. A study published in Current Developments in Nutrition also suggested that regular walnut consumption could help you live longer. Researchers analyzed 18 years of data from the Nurses’ Health Study and the Health Professionals Follow-Up study and found that men and women who ate at least five servings of walnuts per week lived 1.94 years and 1.78 years longer, respectively. Experts believe these benefits are thanks to the combination of the omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), monounsaturated fats and certain polyphenols in walnuts. Polyunsaturated fats like omega-3s have also been found to help reduce joint pain, which may improve quality of life among the elderly. Two other nuts that stand out are: Almonds, which contain the highest amount of vitamin E and riboflavin — nutrients that are essential for healthy skin, vision and cell function. Almonds are also rich in magnesium and manganese. Pistachios, which are a good source of manganese, phosphorus and potassium. Olive oil In addition to monounsaturated fats, olive oil contains polyphenols that function as antioxidants. These antioxidants protect against cell damage and inflammation. A study published in the ?Journal of the American College of Cardiology? reported that people who included more than half a tablespoon of olive oil in their daily diets had an 18 percent reduced risk of coronary heart disease. Research has also found that regular olive oil consumption may slow the shortening of telomeres, an event that naturally occurs with aging. A study involving people over the age of 50 found that olive oil consumption can improve a person’s “successful aging index,” which measures a variety of physical health outcomes such as cardiovascular disease risk factors and social and mental health outcomes commonly associated with aging. Fatty fish Older adults who regularly eat fish that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids – primarily oily varieties, like albacore tuna, mackerel, salmon and trout – tend to live longer than adults who don’t, according to a new study from Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and the University of Washington. Fatty-fish eaters also have a lower risk of dying from heart disease. The researchers noted that the benefits of maintaining healthy blood omega-3 levels could actually add years to your life. Whole grains Research supports the benefits of consuming whole grains for health and longevity. A review published in Advances in Nutrition found that people who consumed three servings of whole grains per day had a 25 percent lower risk of dying from cardiovascular disease compared to those who ate fewer servings. Whole grains in their original form, such as farro, wheat berries, quinoa and oats, offer the most health benefits, but choosing whole-grain bread and pasta when possible is also recommended. When even the mainstream media is admitting that messenger RNA (mRNA) Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines” are dangerous and “produce viral shedding,” you might want to pay attention. This is the shocking admission in a new piece from EVIE magazine, which is warning its readers to avoid having sexual relations with men who got jabbed for covid because their bodies are likely spreading spike proteins and other deadly substances in the process. “Shocker, it’s not just a conspiracy!” warns EVIE’s Andrea Mew. “New evidence has emerged suggesting that mRNA vaccines can produce viral shedding. So, perhaps you’re justified after all for being pretty picky about your sexual partner.” (Related: Earlier this year, research published by French pharmacologist Dr. Helene Banoun in the journal Infectious Diseases Research found that those who take covid injections do, in fact, shed their contents onto others, including sexual partners.) mRNA “rewrites the way your cells function” and “can interact with and change DNA,” EVIE reveals In Mew’s piece for EVIE, she references research showing that aerosolized antibodies from mRNA covid injections can be transmitted from vaccinated to unvaccinated individuals through a process called “passive immunization.” This might sound like a good thing, she writes, in that it implies that one is sharing “immunity” with another – “But it’s not so simple,” she warns. “Some critics, like podcaster Joe Rogan, have pointed out how the very nature of this ‘vaccine’ likens it more to experimental gene therapy than your typical vaccine,” Mew further states. “It’s true, what we’re currently dealing with are mRNA vaccines, not live attenuated vaccines. The latter contains a weak form of the virus that is meant to cause an immune response upon injection and therefore provide future immunity.” Mew goes to great lengths to unpack what we here at Natural News and many others across the independent media spectrum have been warning you about for years, only to be dubbed “conspiracy theorists” by the corporate-controlled media. It appears that things are changing, though, as a popular magazine for modern women is warning them to steer clear of men who got pricked by Tony Fauci and Donald Trump through Operation Warp Speed. In addition to “rewrite[ing] the way your cells function so that you can inherently prevent disease through protein production,” Mew further explains that mRNA jabs also have the ability to “interact with and change DNA.” “For instance, we know that the Covid shot wasn’t developed to interact with the human liver, and yet in a Swedish study, researchers discovered that the vaccine was altering liver cells,” Mew writes. “Then, in a Pfizer Japanese biodistribution study, news emerged that the spike proteins could travel from the injection site through your blood and accumulate in unintended tissues and organs like the spleen, adrenal glands, ovaries, bone marrow, and again, the liver.” Then we have the risk of myocarditis, as well as blood that becomes contaminated with “full-length spike protein” that is “unbounded by antibodies,” not to mention the specific risks to women involving menstrual irregularities and potential birth defects. Mew even references the aforementioned Banoun study, as well as another out of Colorado showing that fully vaccinated parents can transfer mRNA antibodies “via respiratory droplets” to their unvaccinated children. If face masks actually worked (spoiler alert: they don’t), then they would come in handy to protect one’s unvaccinated self against contracting an mRNA covid injection through the aerosolized respiratory droplets of a fully vaccinated person. “In the quest to advance modern medicine, we shouldn’t shy away from tough topics just because they may go against preconceived biases,” Mew writes in conclusion about these difficult truths. It is fast becoming common knowledge that Fauci Flu shots are a high-risk endeavor that renders the fully jabbed undatable. Learn more at ChemicalViolence.com. Most of the independent media coverage about the Maui “fire” is focused on the mismanagement of the disaster by corrupt government agencies like FEMA, and by questionable non-profit organizations like the American Red Cross, both of which are reportedly depriving locals and other survivors of much-needed emergency resources. But what about the censorship of commercial pilots who saw firsthand what happened – or more importantly, what may not have actually happened – that fateful day? An investigation into the reports that commercial pilots normally file concerning things they see or encounter during a flight has found that a shocking 30 percent, at least, of all PIREPs (pilot reports) filed with air traffic control (ATC) from Kahului Airport (OGG) in the center of Maui are missing, which begs the question: why? According to Maui County, the Lahaina “fire” – the reason for “fire” being in quotes will become clearer as you read the rest of this story – started on the morning of August 8 and was declared 100 percent contained shortly before 9 a.m. the very same day. Despite this, the mainstream media continued to talk about the fires long past August 8. A NOTAM (notice to airmen) temporary flight restriction (TFR) was later issued on August 14 Hawaii time, and is scheduled to end on August 23. The stated reason for this is to provide a safe environment for firefighting, but why would this be needed if the fire was put out on August 8? (Related: Another theory is that climate-obsessed leftist terrorists plotted Lahaina’s destruction to spread more fear and anxiety about global warming.) Targeted DEWs are likely what took out Lahaina, not a “wildfire” It would seem as though someone wants to keep the airspace in and around Lahaina clear well past the time when the “fire” ended. And that same someone, or someones, does not want the general public to access many of the PIREPs that were filed by commercial pilots on August 8. “This means that the PIREPs and any other ATC communication that took place that day is something that Big Brother doesn’t want the world to know,” says Citizen Watch Report about the matter. “I wonder what all the pilots saw and what they reported. If anybody knows any pilots who flew in or out of OGG on August 8, it is imperative one reaches out to them and learn the truth.” The only reason to censor PIREPs from the day is to hide the truth of what really happened from the general public. If, in fact, this was another directed energy weapon (DEW) event, then pilots may have seen that there was no actual wildfire, and instead a targeted weapon being used on the people of Lahaina in order to steal their land. Consider the “miracle” house, which was the only structure to mysteriously survive the “fire” completely unscathed, along with the open grass parcel right next to it. Notice in the photos embedded in the above-linked article that the “fire” perfectly avoided this historic structure. And notice how the Honolulu Civil Beat does not skip a beat in trying to explain it away as having to do with the building’s materials, which supposedly saved it from burning. Looking at those photos, it sure seems like the DEW’s were instructed to burn down everything in the area except that historic structure, which almost looks like it was computer-edited to look unscathed, but the building and property are, in fact, there and undamaged. “The shape of these fires in Maui (a perfect ellipse) combined with the fact that boats on the water were burning and that Oprah Winfrey’s mansion was spared makes me think a Directed Energy Weapon was used to start the fires,” one commenter further noted. Nothing makes sense about the Maui fire in terms of the official story. You can keep up with the latest news about it at FalseFlag.news. Commercial pilots who flew over Maui “fire” day of incident being CENSORED: Was it a DEW attack? Most of the independent media coverage about the Maui “fire” is focused on…

Two distinguished climate scientists have filed with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) a 45-page comment on the proposed regulation the EPA announced on May 11, 2023, setting emission standards that would require nearly all of coal- and gas-powered plants in the U.S.to capture almost all—90 percent—of their carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by 2038 or shut down. (Article by Jerome R. Corsi republished from AmericanThinker.com) In their comment, William Happer, professor of physics, emeritus, Princeton University, and Richard Lindzen, professor of Earth, atmospheric and planetary sciences, emeritus, make both a legal and a scientific case that the EPA’s proposed new rule is based on ideologically driven polices with no basis in legitimate climate science. In a document that appears to be the prelude to filing a lawsuit to block the EPA from implementing the proposed regulation, Happer and Lindzen lay out a science-based case arguing that the new EPA rules designed to limit the use of hydrocarbon fuels in the nation’s power plants could end up reducing the world’s food supply so dramatically that billions of people worldwide would be at risk of death by starvation. Happer and Lindzen begin their comment by citing Supreme Court precedent that suggests their comment could easily be the basis for a legal challenge in federal court to block the EPA from implementing the proposed new rule. Happer and Lindzen organized their comments around two specific cases. Image: Productive farmland by jcstudio. First, in Daubert v. Merrell Pharmaceuticals, Inc., 509 U.S. 579, 593 (1993), the Supreme Court ruled that “‘scientific knowledge’…must be derived by the scientific method.” Second, in Motor Vehicle Manufacturers Ass’n of the United States, Inc. v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Ins. Co., 463 U.S. 29, 43 (1983), the Court held that an agency rule is “arbitrary and capricious if the agency…entirely failed to consider an important aspect of the problem” and “the relevant data.” In their comment, Happer and Lindzen demonstrated that the EPA (1) failed to consider critically important aspects and data concerning CO2 fossil fuels and climate change, and (2) relied on numerous studies that violate the scientific method. They concluded: “As a result, the Proposed Rule, which would eliminate fossil fuel electric plants that provide 61 percent of electricity in the United States, will be disastrous for the country, for no scientifically justifiable reason.” Read more at: AmericanThinker.com
