REPORT: Milley Told China in Secret Phone Call He Would Give the CCP Advance Warning if US Was Ever Going to Attack

On Tuesday General Milley testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee on Tuesday along with Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and head of U.S. Central Command Gen. Kenneth McKenzie.
